Calling all creative, computer-savvy Nation fans...

It's no secret to anyone who's been following my career for the past few years that my partnership with Devon Moore and Lucky13 as the Nation of Intoxication has been a primary focus in my wrestling life, almost more so than my own singles career. While each of us was previously a well-known entity in our own right, getting our tag team endeavors off the ground and finding success in that realm has been my pet project since about 2011. And while I'm pleased to say that we've been 2-time Tag champions in CZW, put on a lot of exciting matches (that I'm very proud of), and sold a helluva lot of merchandise, I still feel that there's a lot left for us to accomplish as a group. As the most obvious example, I would reference that--while all three of us work outside of CZW in various other promotions--we rarely-if-ever get booked together as a tag team beyond the confines of "the Dub." Doubtless, our reputation as hard-partiers has scared off some promoters, fearing that we'll cause some sort of issues (or "Havoc," perhaps?), but I'd like to think that our work speaks for itself, and I feel we should be judged on its merit, alone.

Anyway, I'm straying from my original point...there's something I've noticed a lack of which I think might be beneficial in getting us work: compilation videos, highlighting our work as a team. A quick Youtube search reveals a number of tribute videos for me, Dev, and Lucky as individuals, but nothing featuring us as a team. This means that when I reach out to promoters who are unfamiliar with our work, I'm forced to send between 5 and 7 links to full-length matches in order to convey our versatility and range as performers. Not only is the inclusion of that many links (and the implied expectation that the booker is going to watch all of them) in poor taste, but it also greatly reduces the chances that he'll even bother clicking on the links in the first place, overwhelmed as he is by the encyclopedia-sized e-mail he's just received from some stranger.

This is where you come in: I'm looking for someone to put together a 3-5 minute highlight package--preferably set to music, as that's always more palatable--spotlighting our range as performers, and featuring us in more-or-less equal measures. Dev, Lucky, and I are (with all due humility) one of the most versatile teams on the indies right now, more exemplary of the "hybrid" style than any other unit going today. We wrestle, we fly, we hit hard, we take insane risks, and we're pretty gosh-darn cute, too...

The goal of this (other than purely stroking our own egos, which--I admit--does play a factor) is to have something succinct, well-put-together, and EXCITING...something to grab a potential booker's attention in a few short minutes and make him say, "Holy shit, I want to see more of these guys...and pay them exorbitant amounts of cash..."What we're looking for is something that:

*Introduces us to the viewer

*Conveys a general sense of our "gimmick"

*Displays our versatility as performers

*Features some of our most dangerous or exciting spots

and most of all...

*MAKES THE VIEWER WANT TO SEE MORE.

These can be clips from CZW or anywhere else, so long as at least one of us is featured in them, doing something cool. Obviously, to make it the best highlight package possible, it will have to feature clips from tag matches AND singles matches that the three of us have been in, and can feature us on the same side or wrestling opposite one another.

Now, apart from the intrinsic motivation to make something cool for a tag team who strive to entertain you on a monthly basis, WHAT IS YOUR INCENTIVE? Well, I'm glad you asked...On September 27th , the Nation's tribal council will convene to view and vote on which video best suits our purposes and was best put together. The person who makes the video that we vote in at the #1 spot will receive a free Nation of Intoxication tee-shirt, as well as a free NOI beer koozie, a Danny Havoc poster signed by yours truly, a copy of the new DVLH DVD release "NOI v. America's Dairyland," and the complete NOI sticker/decal set (Dev/Danny/Lucky/NOI logo--4 stickers in all). The first 4 runners-up will receive the NOI beer koozie, autographed poster, and sticker set, free of charge.
